Sarah is a passionate dance educator who works to instill positivity into each student. She encourages a safe space for students of all ages to explore and develop their artistry.
A former competitive gymnast and dancer growing up, Sarah entered the world of dance and never looked back. She has trained extensively in Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, and Musical Theatre.
Sarah is a certified Personal Trainer, Progressing Ballet Technique Teacher, and Neuromuscular Flexibility Specialist. She also specializes in Cardio for Sports Performance along with Youth and Group Fitness.
Over the past few years, she has worked with students of all ages and ability levels, as well as coached several successful competitive groups in various styles of Dance.
