Anna is a graduate of the ETSAB Barcelona School of Architecture. She studied in Norway, and has worked in Italy, Barcelona, and Vancouver. She was drawn to architecture because of its multidisciplinary nature, and she loves learning from the many different fields that contribute to regenerative projects. Anna is interested in how design can improve our communities and believes strongly that sustainability should drive contemporary architecture. In her job at Local Practice Architecture and Design she works towards this goal.
She is committed to exploring the world and gathering different perspectives and greater understanding from the passionate individuals she meets. Back in Spain, she volunteered for six years as a scout group leader for children and teens, where she learned about the potential of educating future generations and the impact it can have in the world. She aims to transmit her passion to the students through her work at Arts Umbrella, as well as sowing the seeds of curiosity in them.
