Arts Umbrella’s annual fundraising events include one of Vancouver’s premier charity golf tournament, signature art auction, and more! These signature events allow us to drive our mission forward, and provide more young people across Canada with access to the transformative power of an arts education.
Splash Art Auction
For more than 40 years, Splash has established itself as one of Canada’s highest profile charitable art auctions. Every year, Splash is proud to feature close to 100 renowned artists from across Canada and beyond, who donate original artwork to support youth access to arts education. Splash will be held at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver and feature evening entertainment, elegant food & cocktails, Arts Umbrella student performances and culminate, with the spectacular Live Auction. Funds raised at Splash ensure that access to the life-changing benefits of a high-calibre arts education can continue to be offered free-of-charge to children and youth in our community.
Nicola Wealth Invitational
The annual Nicola Wealth Invitational to Benefit Arts Umbrella has been taking place for more than 25 years. Each year, we proudly welcome around 200 golfers for both foursomes and instructional clinics which support Arts Umbrella’s bursary and program funding. The Nicola Wealth Invitational to Benefit Arts Umbrella features a curated online auction, on-course activities, and an Après Reception.
Third-party Fundraising Events
From bake sales to dinner parties to concerts, third party fundraising events help Arts Umbrella provide free Community Programs for underserved children. Beyond the funds raised, these smaller events also create wide-reaching awareness and bring new support to our mission to inspire creativity, for good.
