Head StART

HeadstART allows children the opportunity to explore their creativity and build self-confidence as they develop new skills through play, movement, song, and visual art making.
This program provides young learners with broad experiences in many artistic disciplines, allowing them to discover their interests. Through exploring different types of expression, the program supports children’s ability to reach age-appropriate developmental milestones. Focusing on children ages 2-5, these classes help stimulate learning, language acquisition, social skills, and creativity that will prepare them not just for elementary school, but for a lifetime of success.
HeadstART takes place in the following locations; Vancouver – Grandview Terrace Daycare; Mount Pleasant Neighbourhood House Preschool; Eagles in the Sky; Crabtree Corner; Strathcona Community Centre Preschool; Ray Cam Cooperative Centre; Britannia Preschool; Surrey – Oak Ave Neighbourhood Hub, Awashuk Aboriginal Head Start Preschool.
