Swaksha Tilak is an HR Assistant with an MBA in Human Resource Management and over three years of experience in HR and talent acquisition. She is passionate about supporting people at every stage of their journey and helping build thoughtful, inclusive workplaces where creativity can thrive. Swaksha believes that strong teams are built on connection, empathy, and a genuine commitment to growth.
Outside of work, she finds joy in getting lost in a good book, gliding across the ice at the skating rink, and crafting little handmade clay creations — small projects that reflect her love for detail and creativity.
