Lucy So is a Vancouver-based investment professional and CFA Charterholder specializing in institutional client relationships. She currently works at Nicola Institutional, where she partners with foundations, endowments, and pension plans across Canada on investment strategy and portfolio management.
A graduate of University of Alberta, Lucy combines analytical rigor with a people-first approach to leadership and finance. Beyond her professional work, she is passionate about mentorship, financial literacy, and advancing opportunities for women and emerging leaders in the investment industry. She is also actively involved in industry conferences, community initiatives, and conversations shaping the future of institutional investing in Canada.
