Grace Pacio

Grace Pacio joins Arts Umbrella as Director, Human Resources, providing strategic leadership across the organization’s people and culture portfolio. She works closely with senior leadership to align human resources strategy with organizational priorities, strengthen organizational capacity, and build people practices that support Arts Umbrella’s mission and long-term sustainability.

A people-first leader, Grace believes that organizational effectiveness begins with creating an inclusive, collaborative, and accountable workplace where people are supported to do their best work. At Arts Umbrella, she works to strengthen leadership capability, foster employee engagement, and build sustainable people practices that enable both employees and the organization to thrive.

With more than 20 years of Human Resources leadership experience, Grace brings experience across the non-profit, banking, pharmaceutical, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), supply chain and distribution, courier, renewable energy, and food manufacturing sectors where she supported organizational growth, strengthened HR infrastructure and governance, and partnered with leadership to translate strategic priorities into effective people practices. Her career spans both strategic and operational HR, with expertise in organizational development, workforce planning, talent and succession, employee relations, compensation, performance management, policy and governance, and organizational change.

Grace holds a Master of Administrative Science in Human Resources Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Assumption College.
