For the past 44 years, Splash has established itself as one of Canada’s highest profile fundraising art auctions. Every year, Splash is proud to feature renowned artists from British Columbia and beyond who donate original work, showcased in a four-week exhibition at Pendulum Gallery, as well as during the spectacular evening.

About Splash

The 44th annual Splash Art Auction presented by Nicola Wealth, Co-Chaired by Christie Garofalo and Bruce Munro Wright, OBC, will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver.

Splash brings together over 900 (in-person and at-home) notable business and community leaders with high net worth and a vested interest in contemporary art and philanthropy. The event features a cocktail reception showcasing all the Splash artwork, an evening program with a sitdown dinner, Arts Umbrella student performances, and culminates with the highlight of the evening, the Live Auction, followed by The Party.

Funds raised at Splash ensure that access to the life-changing benefits of a high-calibre arts education can continue to be offered free-of-charge to children and youth in our community.

Splash Exhibition at Pendulum Gallery

Before the auction, step inside Splash at Pendulum Gallery for a free admission exhibition featuring 91 original works generously donated by established and emerging Canadian artists. From September 8 to October 1, explore the collection up close, discover new and established Canadian artists, and get a first look at the works before they head to auction.
