Ed Spence’s practice spans many disciplines, including video, performance, text, sculpture, photography, and public installation. As a UBC Okanagan fine arts graduate, Spence received the President’s Purchase Award for a multi-channel video and sculptural installation. He is currently working alongside his wife, performance artist Julianne Chapple, to explore transhumanist futurism via sculpture and choreographed movement.
