Arts Umbrella continues to keep the health and safety of our students, staff, and families at top of mind, and all of our decisions in regards to program postponements and cancellations will align with recommendations from the Government of Canada, the Province of British Columbia, the BC Centre for Disease Control, and the Public Health Agency of Canada.

As you are currently registered in a Spring Session or Year-Long Program, Arts Umbrella has prepared the following options for you to consider. Please complete the form below.


  • In the Quantity Box, select “1” for whichever option (credit or refund) you would like to choose. A form requesting more information will appear.
  • If you have multiple children enrolled, list all names, separated by a colon, in the Student Name field.
  • If your child is in more than one class and you would like the option to refund one class and credit another, select “1” in each of the quantity boxes and the corresponding request for information will appear.
  • Please include any relevant info for your credit/refund request in the Comments field (ie: Specific details related to your child’s account, or how your wish your refund to be processed such as half credit/half refund etc.)


Arts Umbrella has been built by our community. This is an extremely challenging time for all and, as a not-for-profit charity the financial impact of these cancellations will be significant to the health of our organization, including our teaching faculty.
