Anne received her Bachelor and Master of Architecture from the University of Waterloo School of Architecture. From a young age, Anne has been passionate about sustainability and exploring the world’s remote wilderness. Her thesis research focused on remote architecture and non-formal learning in Kenya's Rift Valley, and awarded her the President's Scholarship, Ontario Graduate Scholarship and Dr. Daleep Singh Memorial Award.
Her devotion to sustainability and interest in how architecture can contribute positively to the environment and society is what motivates her in the design field. Anne is the Vice President of the Heritage Hall Preservation Society and has been a guest critic at the UBC School of Architecture + Landscape Architecture. Outside of the office, Anne can be found swimming laps in the Kitsilano pool, escaping to the coast to surf, or hiking in British Columbia’s back country.
