The School Performances Outreach gives thousands of students from inner city and other lower mainland schools a chance to experience performances by students in the Arts Umbrella Dance Company and the Junior, Senior and Musical Theatre Troupes. After each show, students have an opportunity to interact with the dancers and actors in a discussion of the work. For some students, these performances are their first introduction to the arts, while for others, a performance by their peers can foster a greater appreciation of the arts.
