Withdrawals and Transfers
Requests for withdrawals and/or transfers must be received in writing. You may drop off, fax or email your request to 604-681-5272 or registration@artsumbrella.com.
Withdrawals: A $50 administration fee will be applied to all withdrawals. Withdrawals due to illness require a physician's note: a pro-rated credit will be issued by the registrar. Requests received up to 48 hours after the second class will be reimbursed less $50 administration fee. Requests received after this time will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds: Refund policies vary by department and duration of program. Contact the registrar's office for further details.
Transfers: All transfer requests must be received in writing, and are subject to the approval of the registrar. A $25 administration fee will be applied to all transfers.
