Note: to ensure a fast and efficient registration, please review all information below.

Registration for Summer Programs will be available at 9am, May 4. Until that time, you can search classes and set up your online registration account.


Session One: July 5 to July 16

Session Two: July 19 to July 30

Get inspired this summer! Classes available for children ages 3-19 in many disciplines. Summer program session each run for 10 days, Monday-Friday.

Fees (per session): Full day $750, half day $350

Registration for all Summer Programs (except Summer Dance Intensive) starts Tuesday, May 4.

How to participate:

  1. Create an account. BEFORE registering, set up or confirm required online account details at www.artsumbrella.com.
  2. Choose a session. Register for one or both sessions: July 5-16 and/ or July 19-30. Class projects will vary session to session.
  3. Determine appropriate age category. To ensure the best experience, participants must be the correct age by program start date.
  4. Choose morning, afternoon, or full day. Full day programming available for ages 5 through 19.
  5. Apply for a bursary. Is your family facing financial hurdles to participation? Bursary applications are available online or from Arts Umbrella. Click here to access an application form. Submit completed application by April 27.
  6. Register online. Click here to access online registration.

  7. Come to class! All classes take place at Arts Umbrella’s Granville Island studios, unless otherwise specified.

Guidelines:

  1. For safety reasons, participants require a basic understanding of the English language.
  2. Instructors or program content may be changed without notice.
  3. Full-day participants are responsible for their own, peanut-free lunches
    and snacks.
  4. Refunds will be issued if a written request for withdrawal is received before June 1, 2010. An administrative fee of $100 will be retained. After June 1, no refunds will be issued unless accompanied by a physician’s note at the time of withdrawal request. Once registered, an administrative fee of $50 will be charged for any transfers.
