The 12th annual Globe and Mail Invitational, to benefit the Children’s Arts Umbrella Foundation, is recognized as one of Vancouver’s premier charity golf tournaments offering great golf, inspiring competition, and the highest level of personal service in a spectacular setting.
For the more casual golfer, the Ultimate Academy Experience offers tailored golf lessons, 9 holes of golf at the Westwood Plateau Academy and extra special après golf pampering.
All of the guests gather together in the evening for a cocktail reception and dinner, followed by an awards ceremony hosted by locally renowned CTV News at Six Sportscaster Perry Solkowski. Important funds for the Children’s Arts Umbrella Foundation are raised through silent auction and a live auction, conducted by Barry Scott of Maynards Industries.
